Growing up, my passion for dance and storytelling was often drowned out by expectations. Raised in a first-generation Indian household, creativity was relegated to the realm of "hobbies." So, I pursued Biomedical Engineering and a tech career until my creative side became too loud to ignore.

Taking a leap of faith, I auditioned and accepted an invitation to join a Bollywood Fusion dance company, which led me to quit my tech job and move to New York.

I used the opportunity of moving to New York to explore all my creative interests, from dancing on NBC’s New Amsterdam to producing my first commercial, to creating my first short film. All these experiences helped me discover my true calling as a producer and filmmaker.

Without formal training or connections, I’m continuing to learn by immersing myself in every aspect of production, from serving as a PA on films to acting to taking courses and even creating my own projects.

Today, I work as a project manager at an ad agency. I excel at leading cross-functional teams and optimizing workflows. I hope to learn as much as I can about production to produce compelling narratives that resonate with people.
